Create a PSA that Resonance with the Rural Audience
Ministry of Land and Property Indonesia PSA Video Communication Objective
To boost the land registration for those who lived outside the major city, the Ministry of Land Property needs to create a video material that not only educate, but also eye catching and can attract the attention of its target audience since the first 5-10 seconds of story. My strategy? Approach them with comedic and slapstick way to grab the attention and deliver the main message objective after.
Video Manifesto
Based on what’s the pain point of not having a legal asset to claim their own heritage land for rural audience, I exaggeration what they had to do to defend their own land property before get the legal certification from the ministry.
After exhibit the problem, as the classic PSA video cliche, I rolled out the solution in a slapstick way to show how easy and not-threatening it is to register your land/property to the ministry representatives.
